As the founding engineer, you'll help define the architecture, ship critical features, and set the technical bar. You’ll have end-to-end ownership and work closely with the founder to scale a product that's already solving a real pain point. You’ll build scalable PDF & Image processors for high-volume grading queues and integrate with LMS platforms and SSO. Implement workflows for grading, student coaching, and academic integrity.

Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes. Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users. Design software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs. Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite and be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing.

Looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Applied AI) to join exciting product initiatives that leverage the latest in AI, particularly using Large Language Models (LLMs). You will be focused on product development, with a side of early product iteration, participating in user interviews as we validate product hypotheses. Work with product managers, designers and a diverse group of talented engineers to build the backends that power mobile applications. Contribute to the delivery of high-quality web application code, maintaining site stability through code reviews and writing unit and integration tests.
