In this position, the successful candidate will lead the development of tailored HVAC and Refrigeration Energy Efficiency Solutions, oversee project execution, and ensure compliance with industry standards, utility incentives, and company business goals. The Solutions Development Project Manager owns the overall customer satisfaction during the deployment of energy saving technologies and will be an escalation point for all team members.

The aim of SSTM Deputy is to support the SSTM in order to guarantee all EHE deliverables on time. Key Responsibilities : Coordinate all EHE activities with different teams, Manage budgets and track cost updates, Track timelines and ensure tasks are done on schedule, Check if technical features meet design and quality standards, Make sure documents are complete and up to date, Solve problems quickly and follow up on technical issues, Monitor testing, and report status.
