Billing Solutions Coordinator

Job Summary:

• Responsible for resolving incoming inquiries for Revenue Cycle Management/Patient Billing.
• Ensures prompt, courteous service to all customers.
• This position is a remote role.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with offices and patients to ensure current information.
• Review billing transactions for accuracy and to help resolve payment posting challenges.
• Identify potential revenue cycle challenges and escalates to leadership.

Skills & Experience:

• Must have strong computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email.
• Strong understanding of major health insurance carriers.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
