Job Summary:
- Responsible for resolving incoming inquiries for Revenue Cycle Management/Patient Billing.
- Ensures prompt, courteous service to all customers.
- This position is a remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with offices and patients to ensure current information.
- Review billing transactions for accuracy and to help resolve payment posting challenges.
- Identify potential revenue cycle challenges and escalates to leadership.
Skills & Experience:
- Must have strong computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, and Email.
- Strong understanding of major health insurance carriers.
- Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
