The Manager, Fleet Operations Support is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, high performance, and quality support of Highland’s electric fleet deployments; provides operational oversight, process improvement, technical guidance, and team leadership to deliver an exceptional experience. You will lead a team of Fleet Support Specialists, who provide remote troubleshooting of customer-reported issues and assist in resolving operational challenges.

As a key member of the enablement team, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement, streamlining processes, and ensuring cross-functional teams deliver high-quality software efficiently. You will achieve this by leveraging industry best practices, innovative processes, and state-of-the-art tools and working closely with Engineering Leaders and individual contributors.
