As a Principal Product Marketing Manager at Red Canary, you will lead critical initiatives to increase awareness and adoption of our Security Operations platform, focusing initially on our rapidly evolving AI solutions and voice of customer program. This strategic role involves leading cross-functional efforts across sales, marketing, customer success, partner, community, and product management to develop, execute, and refine our go-to-market strategy.
The right partner relationships are critical to Red Canaryβs ability to scale and diversify our business. As a Regional Channel Manager, you will recruit and manage key strategic Partners within a selected region (Central). This will involve recruitment of partners and development of existing ones.

Much of your day-to-day work consists of pre-sales interactions as you support a team of Account Executives during presentations and proof of concepts.

Reporting to the Director of Marketing Operations, this role will be central to optimizing our marketing tech stack, enabling pipeline generation, and ensuring scalable processes are in place to support demand generation, ABM, and campaign execution across channels.
We are looking for an upbeat, coachable, and highly-motivated individual to join our sales team as a Commercial Account, supporting small businesses customers within an assigned geographic territory. You will be responsible for identifying customers, building relationships and guiding them through Red Canaryβs solutions from introductory conversations all the way to contract execution.
