As a key contributor on the Red Canary Intelligence Team, you will investigate raw telemetry, analyze suspicious and confirmed threats, and conduct open-source research to associate activity with known adversaries, with a focus on identity-based threat actors and cloud-targeted TTPs. Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for addressing evolving threats will be vital.
As a customer-focused technical expert responsible for providing timely, high-quality support and guidance to ensure customers maximize the value of Red Canary, the Technical Engagement Manager (TEM) helps customers enhance their security posture, streamline operations, and fully adopt product capabilities. They serve as trusted advisors, responding to technical inquiries, troubleshooting complex issues, and driving product adoption.
