About the Role:

• Shape how knowledge is shared across a leading e-pharmacy organization.
• Establish documentation standards, governance, and processes for ERP and Enterprise Systems.
• Work with Business Owners, ERP Consultants, Architects, and Delivery teams to capture and maintain critical knowledge.

About You:

• Bring 7+ years of experience in technical documentation or knowledge management in complex ERP environments.
• Strong understanding of Confluence, Jira, and business process modeling (BPMN).
• Enjoy bringing structure to complexity and ensuring knowledge remains accessible.
