Job Description
Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, EMEA, you will be responsible for growing the sales team, driving revenue, and supporting the expansion of our global fabric. A solution-focused leader with a strong bias for action, you bring both strategic vision and hands-on execution. In this role, you will lead the development and delivery of Megaportβs enterprise strategy, continually seeking innovative ways to improve how enterprises and networks interconnect.
You will build, develop, and inspire the DACH sales team to consistently deliver results. You will also collaborate with cross-functional leaders to develop and execute strategies that drive regional revenue growth. The director will manage high-profile customer relationships and lead new logo acquisition through executive-level engagement.
