Impact You Will Have:

  • Reduce Customer Churn: Implement proactive monitoring and tailored retention strategies to ensure customers continue benefiting from the platforms.
  • Increase Customer Lifetime Value: Foster deeper relationships and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities to significantly boost CLTV.
  • Improve Customer Experience: Address customer needs at the forefront to ensure a seamless and consistently improving platform experience.

Who You’ll Work With:

  • Collaborate with the SVP of Customer Success, other Managers of Customer Success, and leaders from Customer Support, Launch, and Sales.
  • Partner with Product Leaders and Operations + Enablement teams to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Possess 5+ years in customer retention, success, or account management, preferably in SaaS or restaurant technology.
  • Demonstrate experience managing a customer-facing team and driving performance with strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for a fast-paced environment.
