Job Summary:
- SOSi is seeking a Help Desk Representative to support mission requirements for a DoD customer.
- The role involves managing global authentication support operations and resolving user access issues.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for IAM, security policies, and cloud authentication systems.
- Coordinate help desk workflows using ServiceNow or JIRA and enforce SLAs.
- Submit performance metrics reports detailing ticket resolution rates and adherence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field, or three years of equivalent experience.
- Experience with Tier 1/2 support, device provisioning, and IT asset tracking.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and remote desktop support.
Work Environment:
- The work is performed remotely.
- No clearance requirement.
