Role Overview:

• This is a full-cycle recruiting position for Advanced Practice Providers, focusing on rural and underserved markets.
• You'll proactively source and engage candidates through channels like Doximity and LinkedIn, building relationships over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own recruitment for NPs and PAs, conduct thorough screenings, and manage candidates in the ATS (iCIMS).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand community needs and develop market-specific sourcing strategies.
• Track metrics and contribute to workforce planning and employer branding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including 2+ years focused on APP or clinical recruiting.
• Strong sourcing skills, ability to build trust, and self-directed work in a remote environment.
