Women's Health Recruiter

Role Overview:

• We are seeking a full-time Clinical Recruiter who loves the human side of hiring and takes pride in making candidates feel seen.
• You will own the full recruitment life cycle for Advanced Practice Provider positions across our multi-state practices.
• This role is part of a small, collaborative recruiting team where contributions are visible and valued.

What You'll Do:

• Source passive candidates using tools like Indeed, LinkedIn, and ACNM.
• Review resumes, conduct in-depth initial interviews, and coordinate interviews across stakeholders.
• Deliver routine hiring status reports and pipeline updates to the Clinical Recruitment Manager.

Qualifications & Culture:

• Minimum 1 year of women's health recruiting experience required; familiarity with CNM/WHNP scope of practice strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM tools like Greenhouse and Google Suite.
