What You'll Do:
- Attract clinical providers across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche communities.
- Conduct structured screens and deliver clean candidate summaries.
- Manage pipeline communication and provide daily updates.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of women's health experience required.
- 3-5 years of recruitment/sourcing experience with pipeline creation.
- Expertise with CNMs, OB/GYNs, WHNPs, and other women's health roles.
