Responsibilities:
- Serve as backup systems administrator for WHL applications, including claims, utilization management, and network management.
- Support application stability, performance, maintenance, and vendor release planning.
- Analyze application performance and workflows to identify improvements.
Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of claims management, utilization management, and network management applications.
- Demonstrated experience in technical project management.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $96,600 - $135,000.
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with match, and generous PTO.
