What you'll do:
- Operate and maintain Commvault Complete Data Protection, enterprise storage, and virtualization platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and serve as the senior escalation point with on-call duty.
- Ensure SLAs, security compliance, and audit requirements are met while mentoring junior staff.
What we're looking for:
- Commvault Certified Professional (CCP) with at least 5 years of hands-on storage, backup, and recovery experience.
- Experience with Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE, VMware, KVM, Nutanix, and cloud backup on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Strong Windows Server and Linux skills, plus familiarity with ITIL processes and scripting in PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
