Assistant Controller

Core Responsibilities:

• Own the month-end close, financial reporting, and accounting operations while building scalable processes.
• Lead subscription revenue accounting, ensuring ASC 606 compliance and partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Drive systems implementations and process transformation using AI and automation for efficiency.

Audit and Compliance:

• Lead the company’s external audit process and strengthen internal controls.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements while building audit-ready documentation.
• Prepare for IPO readiness or public company requirements as the company scales.

Team and Leadership:

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing accounting organization, including offshore resources.
• Establish clear accountability and operating rhythms across distributed teams.
• Partner with Finance and executive teams on strategic initiatives and business planning.
