Strategic Real Estate Management:

• Lead all lease negotiations, renewals, and terminations for the global portfolio while managing the relationship with brokerage partner JLL.
• Conduct market analysis for new locations and oversee portfolio performance metrics and financial reporting to align with business strategy.

Facilities Operations & Vendor Management:

• Negotiate contracts with vendors for cleaning, security, and maintenance services, managing vendor relationships and performance evaluations.
• Consolidate and streamline facility management services across all office locations, ensuring compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
