Job Description

TimelyCare is seeking a Head of Revenue Operations to support and implement go to market strategies, processes, systems, and infrastructure that boost the go- to- market team’s productivity and efficiency. This person is responsible for the overall support of the revenue  performance and efficiency across TimelyCare’s core verticals. This role will report to the Chief Sales Officer; with a strong dotted line to the Chief Marketing and Chief Customer Officers in the organization. This person will be the main liaison for the go to market organization, which will include working with Product, Finance and Data Analytic teams in improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the GTM needs. The role involves analyzing and optimizing go to market processes across the organization to improve operational efficiency, marketing activities, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. This also includes providing strategy and recommendations to the business to enable scale and efficiency in the sales, retention and upsell engines; as well as overseeing compensation planning design and implementation.
