Job Description
This role will focus on:
- Process Optimization: Streamline processes for lead management, prospecting, and SDR-to-Sales hand-offs; identify bottlenecks and implement solutions.
- Sales Technology & Systems Management: Manage data integrity within CRM; evaluate and implement new tools to improve outbound effectiveness.
- Reporting, Analytics & Insights: Develop dashboards to track pipeline performance metrics; analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations.
- Territory & Lead Management: Define and manage territories and lead routing rules; develop strategies for effective lead distribution.
- Collaboration & Strategic Projects: Partner with GTM leadership and other teams to support strategic initiatives; participate in cross-functional projects.
