We’re hiring a Revenue Operations Manager to help scale our GTM organization across both Enterprise Sales and Product-Led Growth (PLG) motions. You’ll manage the tools, data, and systems that keep our GTM teams running efficiently while deploying AI agents and automation that make every team more productive. This role sits at the center of our revenue engine.

Strategy & Operations at Motive is responsible for developing our go-to-market strategy, driving new product launches, and ensuring that we are hitting our growth targets. This team addresses challenges like launching new channels, experimenting with sales and marketing motions, and using analysis to inform product strategy. The role involves process optimization, sales technology management, reporting, territory management and strategic projects.
