Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups for the Sales team.
Assist with new customer onboarding, liaising with Finance, Legal, and Safety departments.
Support proposal development and submission to ensure quality and consistency.

CRM & Systems Support:

Maintain accurate customer, contact, and opportunity data in CRM and quoting platforms.
Train new Account Managers on sales systems and processes.
Document system procedures and identify opportunities for improved utilization.

Reporting & Data Management:

Create sales reports, dashboards, and presentations for meetings and forecasts.
Identify and correct data inconsistencies across systems.
Support efforts to improve data integrity and process efficiency.
