Main Purpose:
- Manage, develop & grow ongoing client relationships.
- Function as a liaison between divisions and contracted clients.
- Provide account management for key clients, offering strategic advisory services.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage the client, ensuring compliance with KPIs.
- Study client’s business functions - identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and onboarding on recruitment plans.
Qualifications:
- One year of account management experience in Staffing, Recruitment, or RPO domain.
- Highly proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM system.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
