About the Role:
- You'll lead the day-to-day execution of partnership arrangements that drive growth.
- Turn signed contracts into clear plans and well-communicated launches.
What You'll Do:
- Lead payor and partner implementations from kickoff through go-live.
- Start new initiatives by determining what is needed based on the contract and client type.
- Set clear process metrics and SMART goals to manage the team.
What We're Looking For:
- 4-6 years of project management or implementation experience with growing responsibility.
- Deep knowledge of managed care contracts and/or provider relationships, ideally related to Medicaid.
- Energized by spearheading ambitious implementations without existing playbooks.
