What You Will Do:
- Act as key business partner and trade promotion effectiveness expert for the organization.
- Drive consumer penetration and category profit growth through optimized trade spending.
- Analyze promotion tactics and performance to identify opportunities for improved effectiveness.
Who You Are:
- 5-8 years in CPG with relevant RGM, Category Management, or Sales Planning experience.
- Strong understanding of syndicated data sources and promotional analytics.
- Proactive in bringing forth actionable insights and new ideas.
Compensation & Total Comp:
- Salary range $135,000 - $145,000 annually plus 20% annual bonus.
- Full-time team members receive medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401K 6% match.
