Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that deliver sustainable revenue growth across assigned national customers.
- Lead customer business reviews, annual planning, and strategic negotiations to create mutual value.
- Monitor sales performance and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of progressive CPG sales experience with large accounts.
- Experience managing complex negotiations and developing strategic business partnerships.
Compensation:
- Salary range USD $127,700 - $185,150 per year.
- Eligible for 18% annual incentive bonus based on business and individual performance.
