About the Role:
- Support client adoption and satisfaction by delivering foundational product guidance.
- Work with Customer Success teams to help clients achieve utilization benchmarks.
What You'll Do:
- Provide guidance on CDK systems and deliver product walkthroughs.
- Assist with training sessions, webinars, and reference materials.
- Document interactions and escalate blockers promptly.
Who You Are:
- Strong communicator with a customer service mindset.
- Automotive experience required; dealership familiarity preferred.
- Able to work independently and travel up to 25%.
