Associate Customer Success Manager

Customer Portfolio Management:

• Own a defined portfolio of Tier 4 customers as the primary point of contact.
• Build strong relationships by understanding each customer's business objectives and challenges.
• Lead recurring touchpoints, strategic conversations, and business reviews.

Proactive Account Health and Growth:

• Monitor customer health, product usage, and sentiment to identify risks and opportunities.
• Develop and execute action plans to improve adoption and drive successful outcomes.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales to support account growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Development:

• Collaborate with Support, Product, Implementation, and other teams to resolve challenges.
• Continuously build expertise in the Total Expert platform and financial services industry.
• Demonstrate urgency and follow-through on customer commitments and escalations.
