YOUR ROLE:
- Respond to incoming customer enquiries before, during and after booking by email and telephone
- Handle complaints
- Collect feedback from our customers, thereby supporting the success of SIXT and contributing your suggestions for improvement
YOUR SKILLS:
- Language skills with fluent German and very good English (B2 or higher)
- Customer experience with proven ability in delivering excellent service
- Problem-solving with quick reactions to new situations and strong analytical ability
