Job Description

YOUR ROLE:

  • Respond to incoming customer enquiries before, during and after booking by email and telephone
  • Handle complaints
  • Collect feedback from our customers, thereby supporting the success of SIXT and contributing your suggestions for improvement

YOUR SKILLS:

  • Language skills with fluent German and very good English (B2 or higher)
  • Customer experience with proven ability in delivering excellent service
  • Problem-solving with quick reactions to new situations and strong analytical ability
