Partner Experience:
- Concierge agents and B2B partners receive responsive, accurate, and professional service on Saturdays.
- Bookings are processed correctly across all systems with minimal errors and smooth supplier coordination.
- Strong working knowledge of the full range of shows and attractions applied naturally in every interaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain relationships with concierge agents, servicing booking requests primarily via telephone.
- Process bookings accurately across online and offline systems and liaise with the supplier network.
- Respond to partner queries with professionalism and share feedback to support ongoing improvements.
Who We're Looking For:
- Previous customer service experience; travel trade knowledge a strong plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, positive team-player attitude.
