About the Team:

  • Collaborate with Service Operations, L&CS, Sales, and other teams.
  • Support a remote-first environment with a focus on customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit trips and resolve scheduling conflicts and cancellations.
  • Coordinate with providers and escalate issues as needed.
  • Monitor active trips and communicate updates to stakeholders.

Experience and Skills:

  • 0-2 years of customer service or logistics experience; transportation knowledge a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly rate of $26.50 in USD.
  • 15 PTO days increasing to 20 after 2 years, plus 8 paid holidays.
