Job Description
The Client Director role involves producing new business with a defined set of ServiceNow's largest existing accounts. You will oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts and lead virtual teams, including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services, in supporting our most esteemed clients. Key responsibilities include providing strategic leadership to clients, serving as the relationship manager between customers and ServiceNow. Managing executive relationships, overseeing worldwide development of assigned accounts, and building deep multi-tiered relationships with clients are crucial aspects of the role. You will also need to develop a clear roadmap and building capabilities across our clients and ServiceNow teams, achieve financial targets, and travel up to 50%.
