Job Description

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will manage CRM leads, analyze data, and follow up with partners. Responsibilities include Partner Portal results management, analysis, invitation and follow-up for distributors' events, and leads qualification/tracking for Ajax events. You will make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell the company's solutions, respond to inbound sales inquiries, and build and maintain relationships with customers. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system and provide regular performance updates. Additional tasks involve managing sales data, preparing proposals, and coordinating sales events. Proven experience in inside sales in a B2B environment and excellent English and Turkish communication skills are required. A goal-oriented mindset and proficiency in CRM software are also essential.
