They generate targeted lists of passive candidates, solicit referrals, utilize proprietary software for mobile and email campaigning, and use a mix of media to connect with talent. The Senior Recruiter prepares candidates for interviews, provides timely updates, conducts phone interviews, compares candidate notes with requisition specifications, and considers candidate fit to team and culture. They articulate job offers, partner with hiring managers to ensure offer acceptance, adhere to regulations, demonstrate expertise, and provide reporting of recruiting activities.
