Customer Expert with German and English (Remote within Bulgaria – No Calls)

Provide email and chat support (no phone calls!) to Spotify users. Answer common "how-to" and FAQ-type questions. Assist with account management and payment-related issues. Guide users through troubleshooting steps with patience and clarity. Work from anywhere in Bulgaria with fully remote training. This is a permanent contract with long-term job security.
