Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for 10–15 concurrent technical requisitions, from intake and sourcing through offer negotiation and close.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define role requirements, align on evaluation criteria, and drive hiring timelines.
- Screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical assessment loops to ensure a smooth process for all parties.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally in a multi-brand or portfolio organization, with ability to recruit from entry-level to Director-level roles.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to partner with stakeholders from brand presidents to first-time hiring managers.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms and AI-enabled recruiting workflows, plus a solid understanding of technical concepts to assess candidate fit.
