Accountabilities:
- Provide front-line support to users, troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions
- Perform server administration for physical and virtual server OS, including configuration, maintenance, and monitoring
- Install, update, and patch operating systems and vendor software, ensuring system security and reliability
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus 5+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance required at time of hire
- Strong experience with Windows Server (2012 R2 through 2019; 2022 a plus) and Windows 10/11
Desired:
- basic Cisco switching CLI experience; CentOS or Red Hat Enterprise Linux knowledge
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills; ability to multitask and think creatively
