Key responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end processing of all customer registration requests across platforms, tools, and internal systems.
- Maintain accurate tracking, build dashboards, and produce regular reports on registration volumes, completion rates, and SLA adherence.
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years in operations, customer success, or registration/onboarding management, ideally in a SaaS or CPaaS environment.
- Strong CRM and project tracking skills with tools like Salesforce, Jira, or Asana, plus excellent communication and stakeholder management.
