About the Role:
- Serve as the bridge between business requirements and technical solutions.
- Work with internal and external teams to map member workflows.
- Ensure the solution is optimized to meet partner objectives.
You Will:
- Own client QA processes ensuring accuracy and on-time launches.
- Lead client conversations about data integrations and benefit design.
- Identify and escalate implementation risks.
You Have:
- Strong problem solving skills and intrinsic motivation.
- Working knowledge of eligibility file import ETLs.
- Working knowledge of MySQL or PostgresSQL.
