Senior Recruiter - High Volume (Manufacturing - English Language)

Job Description:

• The Senior Recruiter is responsible for Service Excellence throughout the recruitment cycle, acting as a brand ambassador for their client.
• They partner with hiring managers in a consultative capacity, focused on delivering top talent while providing proactive communication.
• They stay abreast of industry and market trends, mentor other team members, and demonstrate innovative search techniques.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete detailed job scope conversations with hiring leaders and review applicants in the applicant tracking system.
• Build and deploy recruitment marketing campaigns, source candidates via resume databases, social media, and deep web sourcing.
• Prepare candidates for interviews, conduct phone interviews, and manage offer acceptance processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field required; equivalent experience considered.
• Minimum of five years of results-oriented recruiting experience in an in-house, RPO, or agency setting.
• Ability to showcase niche segment or industry expertise and employ technologies for recruiting efficiencies.
