Key Responsibilities:
- Finding Candidates: Lead job scope meetings, review ATS applications, develop sourcing plans, and use Boolean search to find talent.
- Engaging Candidates: Connect via phone, email, and social media, articulate value propositions, and prepare candidates for interviews.
- Assessing Candidates: Draft interview templates, evaluate phone interview notes, issue skills testing, and review background information.
Service Excellence:
- Adhere to OFCCP regulations, deliver strong candidate slates, and provide regular reporting on recruiting metrics.
- Build talent pipelines, identify search difficulties, and recommend solutions to stakeholders.
- Communicate proactively with hiring leaders to move searches forward consultatively.
