Job Summary:

• Certified Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support high-volume hiring across laboratory operations.
• This role focuses on recruiting for direct labor positions like Laboratory Technicians, Analysts, and Couriers.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies using platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Handshake.
• Track recruiting metrics and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with high-volume hiring.
• Experience in laboratory, manufacturing, or regulated environments preferred.
