Field Service Engineer 2 - 2nd Shift

Primary Function:

• Install, support, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all Intuitive products in assigned territory.
• Ensure service agreements and warranty obligations are fulfilled while exceeding expectations.

Essential Duties:

• Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, software updates, upgrades, and system deliveries.
• Complete administrative tasks, maintain issued assets, and support sales and training teams.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication, computer, and administrative skills with a clean driving record.
• Associate's degree in related field or equivalent experience preferred; 1-3 years field service ideal.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to lift 75 lbs. and move wheeled objects up to 1,200 lbs.
• Willing to work flex or second shift, travel ~60%, and follow O.R. protocol and HIPAA standards.
