Job Description
Represent the global HR function, providing full-service HR business partner consulting support to client groups. Cultivate strong and influential working relationships with client leadership team and employees, coaching and counseling leaders and managers providing tools and guidance that enable management effectiveness and drive high organizational performance. This role will ensure that HR policies and procedures are compliant with relevant Brazil and Mexico labor laws, regulations, and industry standards to mitigate legal risks and help communicate change initiatives.
