Position Overview:

  • Provides advice and counsel with respect to vendor and technology contracts and healthcare regulatory matters.
  • Responsible for providing legal counsel and guidance to the Company’s executives, professionals, and other employees relating to the Company’s business activities.

Essential Duties:

  • Oversees all aspects of contract lifecycle management, including proactive management of expirations and renewals through close collaboration with business leaders.
  • Identifies and analyzes legal issues with an understanding of how to appropriately balance risk and the Company’s ability to pursue its business interests.
  • Develops and conducts training on various legal topics such as best practices for contract negotiations and prevention of legal disputes.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from ABA accredited university and membership in good standing of State Bar.
  • 4+ years legal experience with an emphasis in healthcare regulatory matters as well as complex vendor and technology contract negotiations.
  • Excellent organization, prioritization, and multitasking skills; practical and effective problem-solving skills; strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
