Position Summary:
- Deliver exceptional phone-based support to patients with billing and insurance questions.
- Work from home with a schedule aligned to Philippine time, following US holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound calls, apply payments, and explain EOBs/ERAs.
- Compose professional emails and escalate complex issues as needed.
- Support AR and billing management functions.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in healthcare billing, insurance, or AR management required.
- Strong understanding of EOBs, ERAs, and insurance contract terms.
- Experience with eClinicalWorks (ECW) is highly preferred.
