About The Role:
- Own a portfolio of customers and guide them with tailored strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams.
- Act as the voice of the customer and a key driver of retention and growth.

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer needs.
- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other teams to deliver seamless, impactful customer experiences.
- Track customer health metrics and transform insights into actionable strategies.
