Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain core SaaS and identity stack: Okta, Google Workspace, Slack (Enterprise Grid), Zoom, and related tooling.
- Own new hire and offboarding provisioning end-to-end: accounts, access, group membership, and device readiness.
- Coordinate device provisioning and shipping for new hires in the Buenos Aires area, working with local couriers/vendors or handling physical logistics directly as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong hands-on experience with Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack administration.
- Comfort and fluency with AI tools, with a track record of applying them to IT workflows, documentation, or support.
- Demonstrated experience building automations or scripts (PowerShell, Python, Google Apps Script, low-code tools) to eliminate manual work.
