Manager, Partner Success

As the Manager of Partner Success, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing all partner program activities from onboarding through program completion. This role involves managing project workflows for partner campaigns, coordinating work activities across internal teams, and maintaining strategic client relationships to ensure successful program delivery. You will act as a bridge between partners, internal teams, and management, utilizing both agile and traditional project methodologies to drive partner programs to successful completion. This role emphasizes project management (70%) and client relationship management (30%), serving as an advocate for partners while ensuring seamless program execution. Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills are essential to ensure successful delivery of partner programs. This role reports to the Chief Product & Technology Officer.
