Provide high-quality support to clients and maintain customer satisfaction.
Communicate changes to the application, regulatory, and legislative updates.
Implement new customers from start to finish including analyzing setup needs, and testing.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and update training documentation and user guides.
Assist with business development activities and deliver presentations.
Participate in project planning and implementation.

Requirements:

CPA designation.
Minimum 5 years of Financial processing experience.
Broad range of computer skills, excellent troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
