You Will:
- Support user's questions regarding Salesforce, DocuSign and Outreach.io
- Assess incoming requests to the Field Systems team and determine the best course of action
- Help manage user roles, profiles, and permissions within Salesforce
You Have:
- Experience providing technical support to enterprise software systems.
- Experience with Salesforce and other ERP systems
- Desire to often work with people through excellent written and spoken communication.
