What you'll do:
- Own net-new customer education work from concept through publication, including courses and playbooks.
- Translate complex Ashby workflows into clear, practical, outcome-oriented education.
- Partner cross-functionally with CS, Product, PMM, and RecOps to identify high-value opportunities.
Role requirements:
- Quickly master a complex product and understand how customers use it in practice.
- Strong writing and recording skills to create clear, useful education.
- Juggle multiple projects and own work end-to-end without a fully mapped plan.
